strategic management is said to be an essential management discipline because of:
1. The rationale it provides for managementin the allocation of resources
2. the coordination it provides for the organization
clearly explain how it helps in achieving this twin advantageSurely you mean 'tactical management' ?
'In the long run we are all dead'
Actually, I would recommend locating all managers with the word
'strategic' in their title and re-locating them (with a pay increase)
to the outer Hebrides
- far cheaper than paying them redundancy
To be honest, you need a few people guiding the boat, the rest are just serfs.#If you have any other info about this subject , Please add it free.# |
